What started as a small barbershop on the Warmoestraat has now become the famous barbers, bar & restaurant concept on Beursplein. Based in the the historic stock building from the 1890’s in the center of the city, Cut Throat Amsterdam offers a traditional barbershop experience with a modern twist.

Cocktail Bar
Upon arrival, our friendly bar staff will greet you with a smile. They’ll make you feel at home while pouring you an excellent drink. Enjoy classics like the Old Fashioned and Margarita, along with our handcrafted cocktails and a selection of draft and craft beers.
Ed’s Caribbean Street Food
Our pop-up, Ed’s Caribbean Street Food, led by Surinamese chef Eudia, is open Wed-Sun. Some of our favorites include Pepper Pot, Jerk Chicken, Cassava Fries, and Tostones—comfort food you won’t easily forget.
